    Border software for mac?
Im trying to order some prints off of mpix but the crops I have dont fit the allowed crops. I was going to add a border so that I could keep the crop I like but have no way to do this. Does anyone know of a cheap or free program to add borders for mac? Still dont have photoshop so cant do it that way. I tried searching around but the only one I found added a border by cropping some of the image with the border. Thanks for any help.

Sorry to get your hopes up by seeing that there was a reply to your thread... :)

I'm in the same boat - Mac w/o PS - and interested too. Just even a simple basic black, ala Sebastian is really all.

Haha damn. Saw the reply and got all excited.

Looks like Im going to have to burn them, import to a friends computer, do it on their photoshop, reimport them and then order. Fun. Simple black is all Im looking for too. Gotta be something out there.

Here is a link to Mikes Framer. Very inexpensive, but does require photoshop, but he has a version for PS Elements. You might check it out. It does work with Mac. Hope this helps a little. Maybe d/l a trial version of PS for what you need. It is a very powerful tool and pretty well supported. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/pootern...mer/index.html

Thanks Ken - looks good and very inexpensive (under $10). Adobe never released a PSE5 for Mac but PSE6 was just released for both platforms so this might be a good option.
