    Body art---Tattoos

At this stage in my life I don't know that I'm pro tattoos (for myself) but I don't disapprove---it's all in personal taste.

So please share a pic and maybe a story of your skin creation if you have any.

Sorry the one I posted is as good as it gets...hard to take a shot of your shoulder even with the self timer...

    More skin!

Nat, what's this posting a tat shot without showing all the skin around it? That's what makes them sexy! (but you still can't be #1 )

    None for me thanks

Not that I'm anti-tattoo, but needles make me woozy. I've actually hit the floor a few times, so I don't want to chance it.

Can I do a temp. one? Does that count? It's Hello Kitty....

    so where are yours ????

Is that Jean Harlow or Mae West ? what movie starlet is that on her leg ? that's a beautiful tattoo

Yeah, mine too - I have to study for a final tonight, but tomorrow night maybe I'll set up the tripod and see if I can not mess it up too badly!

Perfect timing Nat! I came in to work this morning and one of my wise-ass friends had taped ads for a tattoo parlor and the local "Tattoo Expo and Bike Rally" to my monitor. She hates tattoos and thinks they're "stupid" and that I'm stupid for loving them. (I have two and want more!) She also thinks I curse too much (I do) and has decided that I should be a trucker when I grow up. I love my friends.

    love hate

I've always had a love hate relationship with them--lol

I like the fairy I have (I created her) but I get sick of people's comments....and it was difficult for me when I got married because I didn't exactly look like the most conventional bride from the back... the dres I chose almost showcased the tattoo and several guests and people thought it would be "cool" to take pics of the bride and my tatt and send them to me so I ended up with a bunch of biker chick bride pics from my wedding ugh---whatever!---they meant well.

even with a tripod it wasn't easy---i finally propped it on my computer armoire and self timed it.... who thought of this dumb posting anyway!?

    Hmmm... I've got a pic...

I've got a photo of them from Colorado, but it didn't come out well.
I only took one shot with the Holga and the composition is not what I wanted it to be.

    I'll search the archives though!

    Out of the inkwell...

Well, if we were to showcase ALL of John's body art, we'd need to create a new forum...

As for mine, it's not finished, so it is not for anyone's eyes but mine yet...
