    Belated or early?
Well either a belated Merry Christmas or an early Happy New Year... Since I hate being late, let's go with the second one! :) I haven't disappeared too much, but most of my free time (at least what's left over after last-minute shopping) has been taken up by replacing the crashed hard drive in my main computer - the one I have at home that I do all my photo work on. I didn't lose any images or anything important, but let me tell you - re-installing all this stuff is a huge pain! So many programs have live activation (like WinXP, Photoshop CS, Monaco Optix, Norton Internet Security) which so far has been OK but I don't have all of even these loaded in yet. I have been able to keep an eye on what's going on while at work (I know, nobody else does it :D) because it's a little slow this time of year.

Here's a project: Be thinking about one of your favorite images from this year, hopefully something you haven't posted on this site. More about this in a day or two (as in when I get Photoshop up and running again so I can post one too)...

    I'd go with belated
    Happy belated birthday to me!

In the past 8 days, we've celebrated my birthday, our anniversary, Christmas eve with my family, Christmas day with the in-laws, and yesterday was my youngest's birthday. She's 4 now. All day yesterday whenever we asked her to do anything, it was "ummm, I don't want to, I'm the birthday girl so I don't have to do that"
