Before and after

I was asked to wait till the new forums got started---- so here goes...hope there are some takers seeing as i don't wanna be the only fool doing this :rolleyes: (although I see Steve has already posted one on his profile :) )

Please post before and afters...pick your favorite childhood pic (in my case--- a scary hairy pic) and your most current available photo (no funky angles no --half faces) just your best mug forward...

Hmmm, post a childhood photo? I'll have to see if I can dig one out. I gotta warn you though, I was incredibly cute back then! :-)

In the meantime, here's a fairly recent shot. June 2003. Self portrait, taken with a Coolpix 3500 balanced on my desk.

I just deleted all this old stuff off the computer. But I have some good ones..or not so good ones, depending on how you look at it.

Also, are you sure you were two in that first pic? When I was two, I still had a head like a cue ball. Come to think of it, I was probably four before I got some decent hair...

Geez, I'll have to take a current photo and dig around to find a child pic...I think I looked like Opie, from the Andy Griffith Show when I was little. :-)

btw... don't think i paid the inflated prices that B&H charge.... $745 for my leica 10x50BN's in NYC too :) hotbuyselectronics dot com shhhhh they are tough to deal with though!! typical "only have the kit which is MORE" line, but they come one way......KIT!!!!!!! :mad:

OK, I'll drop my internet guard since I've already posted the childhood picture once before, and a self portrait as well. Both photos were scanned, not very well because I'm not used to scanning. Oh well. I chopped my maid of honor out of the current picture; I'm sure she'd understand. :)
