And being Canadian, I have found there are only a few food items that could not be improved by adding bacon .
On another note, A ceasar is probably one of my favorite drinks. Since I have been down in the US for the past several years going to school, I have really missed them - it is only on the extremely rare occasion that I have been able to find one (typically at a Canadian convention/tourism function).
There are so many different local variations to the basic drink it self (vodka, clam tomato juice, celery salt, worcestershire sauce, and a garnish of a stock of celery). I am personally fond of the shrimper and clam-digger variation, made with a large prawn and butter-clam as the garnish, which is usually associated with the west coast of British Columbia).
The bacon I consider a bit odd, since I tend to associate ceasers with seafood, but often bacon goes well with other sea food dishes (bacon wrapped scallops) so, I would definitely be into giving it a go. My suspicion is it would be pretty damn good
Cheers,
Greg

Ben Franklin is often quoted as saying that Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. Close Ben but actually it's BACON!!!!
