    Arctic National Wildlife Refuge
    Hello all,

In the February issue of Outdoor Photographer there is an very interesting article about Subbankar Banerjee, a novice photograher who trecked out to the Artic National Wildlife Refuge. Here is a link to his site:

Also, his work will be on display at the Chicago Field Museum starting February 5. Might be worth a visit if you live nearby.

Heard about the project and the book he did, but didn't know it was going to be displayed locally (well, semi-locally). I'll have to get in there, thanks for the info.

    Dear Dave,

How funny! I just read that article today in Outdoor Photographer :D . His photos are truly wonderful, especially the red aurora. If his photos don't inspire you to love the wilderness, I don't know what will! In a way, his photos are the color equivalent of Ansel Adams' work. Oh but that I could aspire to that level of photography!
