    April Wedding
I can't believe with all the weddings I've shot, I haven't posted more of them. Man, I've been slack.

This is a friend of ours, who lives in Myrtle Beach. It turns out his wedding day was during the time we were vacationing in Myrtle Beach. Naturally, I volunteered to shoot his wedding for him.

First shots, waiting for his bride...

Did I mention there were 17 people there, including the bride and groom and me and Dawn?

It was definitely a low key affair, but a fun one.

    17?
I think our wedding was smaller.
Me, Angie, Mums, Dads, 3 friends, 5 kids

A friend and her 2 kids turned up at the wrong wedding and wondered why they didn't know anyone! Said the wedding before ours was a nice wedding though :)

Actually, ours was even smaller than that. Dawn, me, my mom and day, one friend and the magistrate.

They did. It was a fun wedding, and they were fun people to work with. Everyone had a blast. Thanks for the comments my friend!

Of course, after getting married, you start your wedding off with parasailing!

And the boat caption gave them a little dunk at the end of their ride. :-)

Dawn and I went after they did. I was worried Dawn would get motion sickness, and she was worried about her fear of heights, but she wanted to do it and had a great time.

We went from parasailing to the reception without getting showers. As I said, it was a low key affair.

Looks like it was a relaxed and fun wedding like they should be.
    Your shots portray that fact.

Looks like fun. I especially love the pictures of the impatient groom.

And they should put pockets in ALL wedding dresses. What a great idea!

It was. They are great people, and we all had a blast.

As for the pockets on the wedding dress. I was informed that technically, it wasn't a wedding dress par se', but it sure fit the bill. And the pockets came in handy when the bride started crying partway through the wedding, and she pulled out a tissue to wipe her eyes!
