    Great first photo post!
I've always been amazed by the relationship between ants and aphids. I've spent time watching them in my own back yard and have witnessed the ants herding the aphids around and actually moving them to new plants.

Just curious, what gear did you use and if this is film, what kind?

Thanks for the post and welcome to PR.com!!!

Fuji S7000 with the wrong cobra flash mounted on the top (so it fires at full blast every time) and a Lumiquest Ultrasoft strapped to the flash.
Shot in RAW at F8 and 1/7000th of a second (because of the flash)

    Thanks for the welcome

I once saw a Discovery channel show about some ants that herded some catapillars that secreeted some juice that the ants loved. They'd take the catapillers up trees to the leaves during the day, and at night they'd haul them underground. when they made their cocoons, the ants would take care of them, stored away, and after they hatched out the ants would release the moths (I think they were moths anyway, it was a while ago) to reproduce and make more catapillars. I was amazed, and still am, I guess....
