An amazing coincidence has happened to me in the last couple of days. I am talking millions to one!
Last Friday I was the judge at an "international" photo competition organised by a local club here in England. Every year they have a three-way competition (digital images) between themselves and two clubs in Australia and South Africa. It all went very well and it was a fun evening.
Yesterday morning I was in a chat-room I often go to early in the morning - it's totally non-photographic related although regulars know it is my hobby.
One of the regulars there lives in Queensland. I have known him for years. He told me he had a neighbour who lives round the corner and would I like to see his website. I said "sure" and he posted the url.
I was happily browsing it when, lo and behold, I spotted a picture I judged last Friday. My online friend phoned his neighbour who confirmed that his club was indeed in that competition. He even knew the scores.
What are the odds of this?
I should buy a lottery ticket while I'm on a roll :D
