Pill bottle diffuser

I know most you guys are probably above this level of stuff but, for those of us that need a down and dirty diffuser for our onboard flash, I concocted this one from a pill bottle. Fits nice and snug and leaves both hands free to steady the camera.

Nice. I have one like that for macros. Since this puts the source farther forward, it eliminates the shadow the lens can create. This from a goat cheese tub, although a cool whip tub would be fine too.
