    Stupid Question

I just got my first set of studio lights and was wondering about the sync cord. It is a 2 light setup. How do I sync up with both lights? Do I sync the main and wet the other one to go when it sees the flash? 2 sync cords and sync port on the 20d. And does anyone know of a place to get free set up guide?

    Re: Stupid Question

I think the 20d has a sync port. Plug your sync cord into that and the other end into your closest light. The other light or lights will usually have a optical slave which will fire when it sees the corded light fire. They will default to slave mode when nothing is plugged into them. Here are a few online tutorials that might help.....Jim C
