Affordable still quality light stands for wedding photography

I would like to have a set of affordable still quality light stands for wedding photography.
My rather cheap light stands are continuous source of disappointment... I have checked the prices for quality ones (Italian etc.) and they can be extremely pricey.

Do you know a brand which is reliable and doesn't cost an arm and a leg?
I would need them for wedding photography.

What's affordable to you? Are you talking about studio stands or stands that you can actually use on location? What kind of lights are you putting on them? I've got some Photoflex stands I really like. I couldn't find mine listed on B&H or the Photoflex site, but I've had them for 10 years.
