    Back in the game

    Hi everyone!!!! It's been years since i've been on this forum and had a camera in my hands. My daughter is now in High school and is playing softball. I'm a little rusty and would love to know how you shoot games under lights? I have ......

    I have been shooting Softball for over 10 years. When my daughter plays at night I pack up the camera and sit in the stands and cheer her on. If you can't get more then 1/500 shutter speed than I wouldn't shoot any batting, just stick to fielding shots. The ball will always be a blur and so will the bat. I use night games to actually sit next to my wife and enjoy watching her play.
