HS Wrestling

#1 and #2 were shot with strobes on the side of the basketball court, bouncing off the ceiling. They black out the gym and have a spot light over the wrestlers - which makes for great pictures with out the strobes - great spotlight shots and perfect outlines, but the shadows are hit and miss. Then I, at times, jack up the iso. If we shoot with a flash, the refs seem to get a little annoyed. <These were taken by my assistant, since I am the clock guy/announcer at these home matches.>

#3 and #4 were shot at an away day match with sunlight coming in. I still used a flash, but I kept in on my camera instead of on a stand or jacked up about 12 feet high.

#4 - a little out of focus and a bit of red-eye, but I love the kids face all bloodied up. <these were taken by me>
