    Kiteboarding shots I liked

    These seemed to be OK. Any advice?

    you have croped so hard that even the sail from the surfer is croped...
    i would understand that you want to show the faces of those guys if they were something like WC or famous but I donīt know them...the look just like normal guys doing this as a hobby.

    but nice sharpness an contrasts.

    If you hadn't told me, I wouldn't know for sure they were kiteboarding.
    The problem with close-ups is you can't see the kite.

    I like the 3rd image best of all, if you'd recomposed pointing more to the left and got all 3 with their lines in the image - the lines coming on from the right works quite well on a group of them. But I'm bothered by the one missing on the left.

    Maybe an idea would be one in close-up and far in the distance another where you could actually see the kite.
    Unless you have a waterproof enclosure and get in there with them. Shooting up with a wide angle as they go by would be awesome - but a totally different kind of shot.
