    Woohoo.
I ordered my camera and camera bag today. I did the overnight shipping. So they should be here tomorrow. I decided on getting the Sony A350 for the camera. Also ordered a 4 gig memory card. As for the bag I ordered a Wolverine BP202 bag. Its a off brand, but ive read some awesome views on it. Im excited simply because ive been wanting a DSLR for about 4 years now. I may do a video for the opening of the camera along with the bag. till then, Keep shooting!

I went and picked up my camera today from the local camera shop today. I live in Arkansas so we had that bad snow/ice storm come through yeaterday so this morning the roads were pretty bad when i went to get it and i live about 30 miles from the shop. Anyways when I got there the manager asked me how the roads were and I told them that I came from conway and the highway wasnt that bad but intown was pretty bad. well to make a long story short I walked out of there with my A350, Battery Grip with the extra battery needed, a 4 gig flash card, and a ND-4 filter, and I paid 638.xx after tax which was the cost of the camera and thats it.Im still waiting for my bag to come in. It got stuck in memphis because of the storm.

Well, take pictures of your unusual storm and any damage it may have caused. It could make for some interesting conversation pieces, later.

I got a question about my camera. sometime when the room is kinda dark and I hit the shutter button the flash lights up for maybe a seconds and then goes off while the camera is tryin to focus. Is that the AF Illumination?

"on the creative style settings for Standard what settings does every do on the contrast sharpness and saturation?"

When I’m using a kit lens I usually do +1 sharpness and +1 saturation. I do not have your camera so these settings may be different on different models and lenses, but experiment with a few combinations and find one you like.
