Sony W90 vs. T20?

I am looking at buying the Sony DSC-W90 or T20. I have looked at the features of both but I can't spot the difference between the 2. I know a fair bit about cameras and want functionality. Does anyone have any input into which one might take better pictures and have more functionality. I need specifics to set them apart so don't be afraid to use technical language. Also the T20 lens doesn't pop out, its internal. Does this affect the quality of the pictures that are taken?
