Hmmm- A100 or A 200?

Hi and happy New Year everyone, I was right on the point of buying an A100 when the A200 appeared. So what do I do, go with the 100 or 200? Keeping in mind the prices are comparable. And of course, when it will appear here in Poland! Any advice for this old guy still working so hard he has no time to actually buy one yet but Spring is coming and that means over 250 species of birds to see when I take my clients birding:)

Well brit my 2 cents would be go ahead and get the a100. Right now I am seeing them at really great prices. I have a a100 and really don't see too much extras in the a200 to upgrade mine to that. I would say if you can afford it get the a700, but like I said the a100 seems to be at great prices right now and may even come down more when the a200 comes out. Your call.


Edit: Looking at the sony website they are doing a pre sell on the a200 with two lens. for 899. Thats not a bad deal. You would just have to wait a month and a half to get it.

Here is a great place. His ebook to download is 20 bucks and the printed books are around 35 or so. I got the ebook. Read all you can and practice practice. Hope this helps http://www.friedmanarchives.com/alpha100/index.htm
