DSC-H50B MISTAKES or SOFTWARE BUG??

Hello everybody.
I just bought a Sony DSC-H50B and
have allready some problems, I think, with this camera.

When I`m in the Aperture mode I can select only 1 value of the F, after that I can modify 1 ISO value. But now ISO have 200 value and I only can choose between ISO200 and ISO400. How can I modifying to 100 and 80?

I want to know if is something locked, because I can`t change more values, for ISO, S, F and EV. For example I am in Manual mode and I want to change ISO80 to ISO400 and the only value that is show it to me is ISO100, after I choose this value, I can change to ISO200 and so on...
For EV I have to choose between 0 and -0.3.
For F, if I am on the 4,5 i can`t choose directly 2,7 and vice versa.
There is a problem or that is the way of Sony DSC-H50B?

Some other thing it will be the focus: in P, S, A, M I can`t change the focus to Flexible spot AF, Semi manual focus and the Manual focus. I can only choose between Multi AF and Center AF even in Manual mode.
I have read the manual all over again and nothing. I can`t select Flexible spot AF, Semi manual focus and the Manual focus.

Can you help me to solution this problems?

I solved the problem. I send the camera to Sony Support and they discover the problem.
The problem was that the wheel dial was broken somehow. This is interesting because the camera was brand new.
So, if somebody have the same problem with the wheel dial that`s the solution: Sony Support.
