Re: charger for SONY R1???
I don't know. I'm not much of an ebay user. With proprietary batteries being so expensive, I'd be careful and stick to recognizable name brands. I would recommend checking B&H to see what they have. I would trust them more and it will give you an idea of what a fair price really is. What does a Sony charger cost?
Re: charger for SONY R1???
the sony charger B&H sells is about 85 dollars. i trust bh completely, but i just spent 1000 on a camera from them, and im a poor young guy :( so now i look for deals wharever i can find em!

Pardon my ignorance as to your particular situation (like if you're going for spares) but the camera does come with a battery and charger- and unless sheer charging speed is an issue (heck, if any speed is an issue I would question a P&S), you could always get a spare battery and use it on the same charger. If I were you, If I could not stick to the actual sony equipment, I'd at least get reputable 3rd party stuff from B&H.
Re: charger for SONY R1???
actually it dosent come with a charger...you have to charge the battery through the camera! so i cant take pics at all if i need to charge a battery! bs huh?
yeah, i think ill stick with sony stuff....
