Photo Gallery ?

HELP !
Anyone else having trouble logging into Photo Gallery ?
All the other pages load OK, but the Photo Gallery just appears as a totally blank page.
. . .this just started yesterday.

No problem for me. If it doesn't clear up soon let me know and I'll get to PJ on it and see if he can get the developers to have a look at it.

I've had a similar problem when I leave the "remember me" check box unchecked while logging in. Try leaving it checked and this might help.

But I never get a totally blank page, it just asks me to log in again, and when I do I sometimes get logged out when returning to the forums or visiting another section of PR.

I get the 'Welcome, xxxxxxx message, so I logged out, cleared the cookies, and logged back in with the 'remember me' box checked again, and I'm still comming up with a blank gallery page - no heading, nothing, nada, rien pas tout, it's just not loading - even after it says 'done' in the lower left corner ?
Tried clicking on Gallery Photos heading on home page, and it does the same thing, just a blank page, and the address reads:
http://gallery.photographyreview.com/
as it should.
Strange - all the other pages load purrfectly. :confused:

Very strange, as Old Timer said this might have to be left for John and the developers.

What internet browser are you using?

- Internet Explorer, not sure of the version A.M.D.A.
Absolutely no other problems whatsoever, with any of the websites I frequent,
just the Photo Gallery here - strange ! :(

Thanks for reporting the problem. I just tried it myself and it worked fine. Did you close all your browser windows and restart the browser before you logged in again? Was it a specific page you were having trouble with or you can't get to any pages on the gallery?

When I go to the Share tab, and bring the curser over Photo Gallery and click,
. . . or if I click on the Photo Gallery heading on the opening page of PR.com,
I can't get in, the page seems to take a long time to load, and when it does, it's totally blank, even though the correct url address is shown at the top of the page, and it sez: done in the lower left corner.
I'll reboot my computer with all browser windows closed, and log in again to see if that cures it - I do have two computers and the same thing is happening on both computers?
No settings have been changed on iether, and no new programs, or hardware have been added or altered on iether -
I posted pics to the transportation thread last pm, and when I went to check 'my gallery' pages to see if they were up today - that's when I discovered this problem.

Reboot (all browser windows closed), logged in, clicked on photo gallery tab, and got the same result - the correct url comes up at top (address), but the page is blank.
. . . same thing happens when you click on Photo Gallery banner.

Boy that is a baffler. Sound like you are doing all you can on your end. I'm glad PJ is on it maybe he can get you a solution. I haven't heard from anyone else having a similar problem. Let's keep our fingers cross that the problem get cleared up very soon.

Being not to computer savvy (like my photography :) ) probably doesn't help.
Maybe that little guy running around in the big silver tower decided to take a break ? :D

Update . . . no sooner finished your reply OT, and low 'n behold,
for reasons unknown, as of this point in time, or forever, everything is OK :D
and working the way it should and always did, till this morning.
Who knows, maybe that little guy in the silver tower finished his break ? ? ?

Question:
If you post pics in a thread, are they automatically included in your gallery photos ?
The reason I ask - my last post (with pics) was in the Transportation thread,
and they did not appear in my gallery, and that's when my trouble began.
. . . near as I can figure.

Check the checkbox before uploading... photos get automatically sent to your member's gallery.
Uncheck the the checkbox before uploading... photos do not get sent to your member's gallery.
