Favicon and Cross-Posting

I like the new favicon! I don't recall anyone else mentioning it.

Also, there seems to be an increase in the number of people cross-posting on the site. Maybe a permanent message of some type for new users explaining that cross-posting just complicates things?

Oh - I didn't even notice. It's been on the non-forums part of the site for a few months. But I guess the developers just added it to the forums and galleries. It is nice, isn't it!
