I checked your account and you made this post ok so it looks like everything is working ok. It's possible you just tried to post at the wrong time. Although mysql errors should be very, very rare. Hopefully you won't have any more problems. If you do, please contact me.

Any software is having bugs due to the nature of human being design capability on OS. If an error keep happening again, again, and again, then it is a bug, otherwise, just reboot the system and keep trying for few times.
Only if you restart your computer and same error still there, then it is a bug, otherwise, it is a deadlock issue on OS, it is not curable, but always will disappear automatically.
