    Well, my first thought is,"what is it?"
    And second is I'd like to compliment you for your "eye". I never would have seen this and I'm pretty good at seeing things that others don't.
    The tire tread grabs my eye and then I try to find other elements to tell me what is going on. The other elements are not well defined enough to let me know but that's fine. I love the question and would probably find the answer dull.

    It looks worse, IMO. It's look over-processed. To my eyes, the original already has the brightest part of the sky looks a bit over-processed.

    I like the first one as well. I like how the clouds are the same angle as the truck. Nice work.
