    Dave, I think it's a bit too stark. and outright really dark in some areas. The colours I fee are a bit over saturated as well. I wish it wasn't so contrasty. I like the composition though i wish it was a bit wider. to give the viewer a bit more context. like what's around. Also 1 thing that's important here that this shot doesn't convey to me at all is the scale. I can' tell if it's a huge waterfall or a smaller one. if the shot was wider i think i would get a feeling of its size better. i hope you have more of this location. looks like a fantastic place!

    A couple of waterfall tips. Cloudy days works the best. A tripod and try a longer exposure around 1/25 second or so. Always watch your highlights on the falls and don't blow them out. You can also use an ND filter or even a polarizer for glare and help slow the shutter speed. I agree with Liban on this one.

    Heres a more muted un-contrasted version. The first version i edited on a computer at a friends laptop in. I think the screen was way off cause now that I am home I see what the difference is. It was a handheld shot because my tripod broke the day before.:-(
