    Unhappy Help Me Help Me Pleaseeee

    Dear All

    I have problem, when i take outdoor snaps like beach/daylight photos i get white/black marks on pictures. please help me to get rid of this, i have cleaned my camera lens but still i have problem, i request any 1 please reply for this topic.

    i have attached pic.

    You have dust on your sensor. You didn't say what camera so I cannot say if/how it can cleaned. - Terry

    Don't know if I ever saw a sensor with that much dust on it. You will always see the dust problem more in large light color areas like the sky in images. Need to get out you manuel and look up the procedure for sensor cleaning.
    Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

    According to the exif info this is a point and shoot. It shows to be a Canon PowerShot A570 IS which means if it is inside of the camera it is either time for a new one or send it off to Canon.

    i would try to get an estimate from Canon first as it may be cheaper in the long run to buy a new camera.
