I guess I should be including "C&C" on all photos I post, so I can learn how to take better photos. I keep forgetting to do this!

    Re: March Blooms....

I actually meant to comment on this one, but i had so many comment on the board, i decided to come back to it.

there's something strange about seeing my name as the last commenter throughout the entire first page on the critique forum .lol.

anyways, love the purple hues and the orange accents. perfect colour study kind of combination. the darkness of the wood chips make them stay out of the way and let the viewer absorb more of the plants which is a plus.

my problem with this one is I really don't know how to improve it. I usually don't take these types of shots.

i guess looking it at, u could've removed some of the big wood chips out of the frame. there's a huge one (dark brown) on the bottom left. and there's another big one below the flower on the bottom right. those are way to too big and somewhat compete with your subject.

    hey i tried! ;)

Hmmmm..... I'll have to get a little better using Photoshop to be able to remove wood chips from a photo and not botch it up! I never considered the wood chips to be "in the way" before you mentioned them. I'll probably have more success by remembering to remove stuff like that out of the frame of what I intend to photograph! Thanks for the comments!
