Very nice! It's tough to say which I like the most.
The first one looks like a giant frisbee and the girl looking at it really adds to the shot.
But the others are well composed too.
These are all exposed perfectly with great clarity. My favorite is the first one for the nice dark blue sky gradiant effect. I find that to be the best time for night photography. I can't stand black skies. I also like the composition of the last one where it almost fills the entire frame yet still has room to show the people that are enjoying the fair. I think that one has the best atmosphere here.

Thanks! I was trying to get there early enough to get more blue hour pics, as well as some sunset shots since it was such a beautiful night. Unfortunately, traffic and distance messed that up. I may go back Friday night to try again.
I'm with you on hating black sky, but not much I could do about it this time.
A lot to critique. #1 I wish it were level, wider and the flares were cloned. #2 just leveled. #3 the blurred people bother me. #4 is awesome. #5 get rid of the light on the right and skew it level. Last one , two thumbs up the composition is sweet. Great exposure on them all please share some settings and did you shoot RAW or are all of these "out of camera" as they say? I think the black sky makes the neon pop. I like it. No noise, no issues with that. I am told the best way to deal with Atlanta traffic is to avoid the interstates.

Unfortunately, I couldn't go wider on some of the shots. It was a tight fit. The flares in #1 dn't bother me too much, but I may play with it and see. I tried to level it, but since it's a tight shot, the crop would have change a lot.
I don't have the exposure info here, that'll have to wait until I get home. In general: ISO 100, f11, exposures from 1 to 8 sec. All shot in RAW and PPd in Lightroom 3. Shot on an E-600 with the 11-22mm lens, all at 11mm.

The interstates weren't the problem this time, it was actually the back roads to get there after I got off the highway. If I go tomorrow night, I'm going to leave MUCH earlier, LOL.
Very nice. I would up the contrast just a tad on some of them, and perhaps sharpen them just a very small amount. I like your exposure lengths.
