    a Couple of flying bikes

    I have been working on my Panning technique. and I was very happy with how these 2 turned out.

    I think the pan is better on the second, did you find it easier from further away?

    I still can get it how do you do it/ what setting are you using? ISO, aperture, lens mode?

    I agree with SW. The panning is much smoother in the second shot.

    Personally I find that being further away makes it a bit easier but I have never shot bikes before. Cars are easy since they are larger targets. Keeping smooth on the pan just takes practice practice practice. And if it is something that you love you'll keep doing it 'till you have it perfect =)

    Yes Much!! Close up I was cutting off pieces, wheels, heads , feet.
