    Chena River Sunset

I was just sitting around on my @ss doing nothing, I noticed the sky had some potential and was ticked at myself for not getting out. This was taken 300 yards from the room I stay in. I should really get out more often.

There was a family of beavers and a moose sharing this view with me. In the distance I saw a nest with some birds of prey in it. I wonder why I don't get out more often.

Anyway, The Chena River at sunset:

The exposure pretty much dead on. love the softness and the pastel tones and the pinks in this one. the foreground on the left gives this the depth it needed, without that, the shot would be flatter. good job.

oh and get out more often ;-)

Glorious view EOS3. Print it wallet size and keep it in your pocket. Consider this image the reminder to walk outside, even if it's just for 15 mins. and have a look around. Never know what you might be missing, right?

Well composed and as mentioned the exposure is perfect. You very seldom need a critique. Nice shot.
