This fellow raids my birds feeders. Meaning, it feeds on the smaller birds at the feeders. I hate that! Caught this at dawn this morning.

The white specs in the photo is not dust/debris, they are stars.

It's called the food chain. Set the feeder up near cover and it'll help the small birds get away.

I love that! I find reminents of kills from time to time in our backyard and can just imagine getting a shot of that

Nature gots to have its checks and balances.

I have that problem in my Back Yard. Except is cats killing birds.
My feeders are high but sometimes birds feed off the ground below the feeder.
