    back to normal

    Here's something with less blur.
Shot in bright sun at F 11 1/40th ISO 100 DA 100 macro
I wanted focus on the doodads poking out, so aligned my camera parallel to the stalks and took 3 shots at F 5.6, 11 and 16.
I settled on F 11, as 5.6 was too soft on the subject and F 16 didn't add any real depth to the subject.

    Look through a glass eye.
    Give it a few tries.
Nothing goes right in its time.

    Re: back to normal

You are getting some nice macros.
This is a very nice composition with the bottom petal going off frame being only a slight negative in my mind.
A little bright at the petal ends but not much and I like the d.o.f. you got with the f/11. Being that close gave just the right amount.
    Keep Shooting!

I really like this, I haven't played much with macro but this inspires me to go find some flowers and get busy ;)
