3X GBH and some "backyard" birds

I haven't made any trips lately, so these are a collection of shots taken near home. Unfortunately I can't get any closer than about a half mile from the GBH nesting area, so that image is a heavy crop. I feel lucky to be able to tell they are herons from the distance I was shooting from! I don't particularly think Robins are very photogenic, or at least I didn't until I got the capture below. And those nuthatches dart around so darn fast I haven't been able to get focused on them, let alone get off a shot. Got a fairly sharp image this time, but the lighting was lousy.

Thanks guys. I can't imagine how the eggs actually stay in the nests! After 2 more weeks of nest building, they don't look any different.

When I first looked at shot 1 I thought you did the PS trick of adding 3 birds to 1 photo.
I see now that's not the case. Hope you can get some baby heron shots. It nice having something so interesting to shoot close to home.
