Yes, a person on the bridge would've made an easy POI.

Also, the shot could have been recomposed so the leading lines of the bridge end up at the building but in this case the building is hampered by the trees.

The plants just make the whole image look too busy. Plus without any foliage they are leading lines taking the viewer right out of the frame.

I wondered about that one tree at the centre, whether I should have included sky above it to keep the eye in the frame.
