    Very nice scene all around.
On the nit pick side I found the tonal range a bit flat. To much grays if you ask me.
Easy fix I guess with some PP work.

I agree with Rob. More contrast would help.
    Good catch though.

Hmmm...i often struggle with how much contrast is the right amount of contrast. This image could probably be tweaked a bit. But, when details begin to be over-blown, and subtlety lost, I ratchet it down a notch or two. Perhaps somewhere between my original image and BlueRob's is the sweet spot.

    Re: Snow Squall

First of all, this is a keeper. The original is OK but looks quite flat to me. I like Rob's a lot. Excellent detail, but .. something might be missing. Perhaps its because there's so much sky - which cooperated for you - with very little subject matter up there, and so little foreground. I just want to see a tad more of the foreground, and I find it a bit chopped off as is.

But I think I would have done the same: the sky was great.

I agree, if you feel it needs to be edited. I like the original more because the rocks aren't so dark and the trees don't look like they are too bright. The original has a nice color through out the picture and the edit seems like there is too much contrast. I don't know much but I like the original the way it is. very cool picture.
