Welcome, you came to the right place. lots of good people offering help and sharing knowledge and experience.
Please post one image per thread so that we can give due time and offer critique. Too many images requires a lot of time for one thread.

i would say that the cardinal is your best of the bunch. the composition is good and the bird stands out nicely due to its color and the lack of color in the background. sharpness could be a bit better. Still, very nice.
the others suffer from hard light of a midday sun. Lots of hard shadows and contrast.
your perspectives and points of view are not very interesting on those either. they are shot from a "normal' point of view that we have all seen. Try to get a more interesting angle by either getting down very low and shooting a flower with sky in the bg, etc, or some other angle that can make it a stand out. Get your imagination going and explore.

Your flower images have a lot of contrast, perhaps if you shot under cloudy skies....

The cardinal is a great composition and the color combination of grey and red is fantastic but the bird isn't in focus.
