    Part 2 Hand Study

Finally after much thought and banal distractions I got a shot to compliment the Hand Study project.
Personally this shot has much more strength than the first one since its my father´s (usual guinea pig ) hand and mine in a strong "grasp".

Don't know what to say except that I like it. I like how the light fades gradually up the arms.

so very interesting. I love hands, especially palms which I am thinking about doing a set on once I get out from under school stuff (read: end of May).

I love the skin texture and tone. The composition is great. I actually smiled when I saw it which I think that says more than words actually can.

All opinions expressed by this person are purely that, opinions which means she doesn't actually know anything about photography.

That is a great shot. Not only is it "picture perfect", it's the meaning behind it that grabs my attention. At one time in life the world would revolve around a handshake. How things change. Well done Rob!!

Thanks Frog! ...at a beginning din´t know what to do to make the arms look good, without the shadow they looked chopped...until I got this idea of "fade to black" I ended up liking it a lot , I think it compliments well with the mood and BG

This "trivial" and "small" things such a hand shake are so underestimated this days all the meaning behind this gesture is almost forgotten...

Thanks a lot Darin for you comments.

Love it, Rob. Very different but just as simple and keeping with the style and theme of the first. A strong second addition to the developing series.
    On your way. . .

No surprise here. Great idea, perfect lighting, and a strong narrative and message. A timeless shot.

Congrats on the feature, Rob. Very well-deserved.
