B&W Bridge on a Foggy Night

I have been experimenting with B&W Night Shots. This is one of the first I shot for B&W. I am wondering if I should remove the lights in the mountain. The cars driveing by shook the ground enough to get slight image shake with the long exposure.
This is California's tallest bridge, 730 feet to the bottom, but you would never know it with the fog sitting right below. From where I took the shot to the other end is 2,428 feet. The bright light is a cars headlights heading toward me.
    Any critiques are appreciated.

I like the concept especially with the lights of the car coming out of the mist and the gritty feel from the grafitti.

Shame the bridge is so soft from the vibrations otherwise this would be wonderful.

You know, I always wanted to be able to take day to day things with no real embellishment and make them beautiful. You did here. The subject is quite mundane, but the image is still quite good.
