    Theres a first for everyrthing

    This is my 5month old son trying baby rice for the first time.

    Seems that he didn't like it LOL.

    Did you shoot this with a WA (wide angle) lens?

    Its the Sony A350 kit lens which is 17-80 and that wasnt the only "ewwww" face he made either lol

    Great timing, good focus, and adorable model. The thing in the BG is a little distracting but you did a decent job blurring it out

    Nice moment. I might maybe think about changing your shooting position some of the time so you are not always looking down from above at the baby. If you've ever seen the "Rug Rats" cartoon, you may have noticed how they draw everything from a kid's level perspective. It makes for some different shots.

    I'm posting a shot of my own for critique in a moment and would love to see wht you think, should you care to comment.

    Reminds me of the babies on the t.v. commercials that are giving investment advice. This will be a picture he will just love for you to pull out to show his first girlfriend. :-)

    On the technical level, I might suggest less red in the upper part of the shot... but that's no big deal really...

    The emotion and expression are priceless... nice moment indeed!!! I can actually hear him thinking!!!
