    Playing with the 500 f4 L is

    Dragged it and my tripod to the nature center and just set up to watch the bird feeder. Not a lot going on, but then a red breasted nuthatch and a downy woodpecker showed up. Never checked if the IS was actually set to on, LOL, so I may or may not have been using the image stabilization.
