My biggest problem with the second one is the rail. I think it is to prominent in the shot. The first one is more about the subject and not the surroundings.

    Well she is Sexy!

Ohhh! you are expecting comments regarding the photographic side also....

For my taste is a bit to dark...playing with the light values and color tones I think it will improve no doubt.
I like the first one but on the other hand if you crop some of the railing of the second, it would be better, the "full body" concept seems more appealing.

What I think looks good...something soft with some saturation, highlight, DOF tweeks and the second more dramatic outcome...some sort of Victoria Secrets art LOL.

For me the most import thing is to make that glossy blacks stand out with some highlights. Also for my taste the color tone of the model skin is too orangy and her makeup in the cheek area is too purple (dark) I looked to blend them with the rest abit.

    Greg,

I agree with Rob why do you want us to comment about the technical and artistic parts of the photo??

I like the first one much better, I think the lighting on her face and her expression, along with there being no doubt of subject, and lack of distracions (the rail), all contribute. The second one could be improved with a large crop from the left to about where the vertical white light is located in the background.

beautiful series of shots correctly measured and treated as a light shot.
Very expressive model. 2 photos to the message n ° 5 prefer that almost completely desaturated. This probably stems from my appreciation of my origins of analog cameras and darkroom for photo in B & W ceh this shot brings me to mind.

Re: High Rise Model, Pic 6

Thanks guys. I also think the first one is best because of her expression and its composition. Actually, the second expression isn't bad, just totally different. That rail definitely needs to go!

Rob, thanks for the edit ideas. I think in some ways it looks better, but in the process it came out unusual looking, or very 'processed' (she look like a vampire to you? She could jump off that ledge and fly away). Definitely a Victoria's Secret moment here. Also, I like your blending of her cheek makeup.

Maybe with some more editing on the first I can make this a keeper. Here's a black and white variant.

I think the B&W is a good option GB though I would personally like her skin tone a bit less darker but that is much a matter of taste a thus debatable.

Vampire...well maybe, but she can bite my neck anytime

I like the first and third. The second has too much pole, thus distracting. The last as with Rob, to dark. Great shots all of them though, at least I'd be happy if I took them. Cheers, S
