Looks like you have a new toy filter effect here Don . I'd say a smart blur one (been there, done that). I also use it but just below the threshold of noticeability, say 5 %. The top one has some interesting angles the way everyone's looking this way and that. The bottom is just a big cluster ..but challenges one to figure it all out.

I really like the first one where the interaction between the two offsets the other two.
The other I find intriguing as to what they are all queuing for, especially the boy in white who seems to have just come out.
