    Nikon Coolpix P90 (defective device?)

    So I bought my P90 about a month ago and I really didnt use much
    today I want to take some shots of my car in the back yard and noticed ever pictures I took has static aka noise on it, I took better pics with my 5mp sony cybershot , is something wrong with it? or am I using it wrong? the mode it was on "green camera" icon
    I'm a total no0b when it comes to camera...

    I took the pic 1024x768
    HOw can I adjust the ISO

    EXIF shows:
    1 - 1/80 sec, f/4, ISO= 6400 Shutter Priority
    2 & 3 - 1/10 sce, f/2.8, ISO=677 Noemal Program(???)

    Your high ISO is probably your problem. I don't know about this model, but would suggest a maximum of 400 - 200 would be better.

    The adjustment should be in your menu somewhere. Sorry but not familiar with that model.

    I can' seem to find the ISO setting in the menu... anyone has the P90 here maybe can give me some guidance

    I don't have one, but:

    pg 106 of your manual shows you how to select ISO

    Pg 116 shows you the options

    With a quick read it looks like it will default to ISO= 64 in Auto.
