Nice! The focus and dof are great. Flower and bg complimentary.
In this case I think centering the subject is the way to go.
I can't find any negatives. I'm glad you didn't over shop the flower by removing the little imperfections. I debate with myself over that when I shoot flowers.about that.
I think this would be great framed and hung big. So cheery.

I like the exposure.
The orange is perfect.
A bit more contrast might make it even better.
