    Mr. Bee, meet Miss Primrose

    Very big bumble bee (over an inch, for sure) in the yard today, working over the primroses. Harsh lighting though

    C&C are welcome.

    Reminds me of my old buddy Howard diving into an all-you-can-eat buffet
    Very nice seperation of subject and background with the far wing trailing off ever so slightly toward the tip. Like this one a lot. Have you tried it in portrait orientation? Just curious as it seems like it would work that way as well.

    Ahh, not quite what I had in mind - I was thinking rotate the original image 90deg to the right (without cropping anything)

    Cara, either way rotated or not works for me. Nice sharpness, but I do wish for a better look a Bee;s head. Not the best moment, but pretty well executed.
