The Home of Rugby or is it Football

I was referring on the football pitch one evening last month and couldnt resist these photos before the match

at 19.35 a brilliant light broke through the clouds and i missed the best shot of the evening turing the stadium a golden yellow . unfortunatly i was unable to stop the match and grab my camera for the best shot but was happy with the few i too before the match

    pretty bland shot,

you need a unique characteristic for the photo go for a low to the ground angle with the flag still in frame and take the photo portrait so their is less on either side of the photo.

I like the lighting, I just ment the photo lacks life. and i see you noticed the color of the stadium and time of which this light broke out, shouldnt you have been paying attention to the game? maybe thats why you missed that call

To me it feels as if the flag is a little bit distracting. If the flag is on the photo, the focus should either be on the flag or on the stadium.. with small DOF

LOL the light was so bright that the players at the stadium end of the pitch were being blinded by the light it only last 3 minutes and was gone , all the players were commenting on it at half time , the only problem for me was it was a 50 mile drive to the game so unlikely to go over that way again
The stadium in the back ground is that of Twickenham Rugby Ground which is The English Rugby National Stadium
    Thanks for your comments
