I think the irony of this photo is interesting! Hundreds of seats...one lonely fan.

In my opinion, the composition of this shot could be altered. Maybe frame in on that one huge section of empty seats, with that one lonely fan still at the top. That would still tell the story, but may have more impact.

I really like the misty rain, and the cars on the track...but, they would probably work better as their own picture.

Great job though!!! Really good observation, and humorous presentation!!

I do wish the fan was more centered. I had to look several times before I saw him ... I kept focusing on the light post, wondering if he was behind it.

Could you have moved so that the track was between you and him?

I like this exactly as composed.This is were I would sit (out of the rain) AND being in full sight of the straightaway,the exit of the turn.Great tri-colored reflections on the track. This one really tells the tale.
Nice shot...IMHO.
