    Swallow condo...

    While checking on mama Mallards nest under the barge dock at work, there were a couple of swallows (Rough Wing I think) that kept flying around in front of me. As I was shooting them in flight, one of them went right below my feet and I looked down and saw him/her fly into this pipe. I retreated to a spot on the walkway to the barge landing where I could get some shots. Nice little protected place for a nest eh? Only worry is, I hope the kids can fly on their first try...

    Good find! Did you get down closer to shoot them?

    Thanks! I got down as low as I could and shot through the railing. I'll try to get a front-on shot from shore this Sunday.
