    cocklebur???

    I think that is what this is called. I really wish that I would have had more dof thought to get the whole thing in focus.

    The dof was my first thought looking at it. The out of focus part of the burr distracts quite a bit.

    Other than that though, it's quite lovely.

    More dof would help but I also find the diagonal in the background distracting.
    I do like the bit that is in focus.

    you know, I actually never noticed the diagonal branch in the background. I guess the dof frustration kept me from noticing that.
