This is a lot nicer than your other shot because of the lightness of the background. that makes the swan stand out more. A couple of things that bother me are the centeredness of this and how close the swan is to the edges. Those caught my attention right away. other than that, I like the contrast of the black swan both to the background and it's beak.

Bird is too much in the center, give it a good crop or crop it to one side and you have a nice image. Maybe show more of the foreground water?

I think that a picture is wrong, is too closed and too little sharper. The more I look and more convinced I am that is not good.
Thank you, but I think that is not remediable
Tomorrow morning, if I find time, I go back to the park and try to make new shots.

Ha.. I like the expression on this fellow's face! Yes it is too centered, but I do like the way you blurred the background and the overall sharpness of the image. It could be even sharper, which you may be able to do using Photoshop or what not. There could also be more space above the fellow's head as it looks like he is (or should be) DUCKING to avoid hitting the top of the frame (had to get that one in there.. ). You might also play with the colors a bit to make it a tad more exciting color wise.

Thanks, I think that you understand that it is not a good shot.
More obvious errors: little space at the top and lack of sharpness.
This morning I see the back and do something better.
